Our complex is located in Pacific Beach, San Diego, CA, directly overlooking the Pacific and Mission Beach Boardwalk. Many of the same amenities of the vacation rentals come with our long term leasing apartments.

Out of the 24 apartments we have on property, eleven tastefully appointed units are available for lease.

Available for your convenience, we have a tidy on-site coin-operated laundry room.

Pool and Sunbathing

For your enjoyment, there is a sparkling heated pool conveniently located in the middle of the courtyard.

Bar-B-Que grill

For your culinary pleasure, enjoy the gas Bar-B-Que grill with seating for company while grilling your hearty delights.

Although not all apartments face the beautiful pacific beach, you are merely seconds away from the stunning sun sets and surf of Pacific Beach, San Diego.

Pacific Beach is an historic place offering countless delicious restaurants, beautifully located establishments, boutiques and stores, along with miles of San Diego coastline.
